ProFertility's fertility barrier-identification & protocol pathway
THE PROFERTILITY PLAN · PREMIUM PATHWAYYOUR QUESTIONS

The questions you have been carrying deserve answers.

Here is where to begin with the questions we hear most often.

Find my fertility barriers
Can I still get pregnant naturally at 40?

It may be possible. We look at your individual history and factors that could be addressed, while helping you make timely decisions about specialist care. You can choose to try naturally with a structured plan.

My tests were called normal. Why am I not pregnant?

A normal test is one piece of the picture. We look across your history, symptoms, cycles, sperm health where relevant and previous results to find what may have been overlooked, then investigate what matters.

Are my semen analysis results normal?

The full laboratory report, collection conditions, units and reference ranges matter. Upload the report so a clinician can interpret it in context and decide whether a repeat or further assessment is appropriate.

Do I need to be trying for a baby now?

No. You can start while planning for the future, considering preservation, trying to conceive or already in treatment. The questions and clinical next steps depend on your situation.

Can I do this on my own?

Yes. One person can complete an individual assessment. A partner, semen analysis or pregnancy history is not assumed. If two people participate, their histories stay distinct.

What happens after I find possible barriers?

We review your story and existing evidence, recommend relevant investigations, and use the results to decide what is supported. Your clinician then matches the factors we can address to a personalised plan.

Do I have to buy the six-month programme?

No. You can stop after the assessment, report, consultation or investigations. A programme is offered only when a clinician has confirmed that it is appropriate.

Can I use tests from another provider?

Yes. Upload existing reports. A clinician checks the source, units and reference ranges and decides whether they answer the clinical question or need repeating.

Can you freeze my eggs, sperm or embryos?

No. Freezing and storage take place at licensed clinics. We can investigate relevant fertility factors before preservation, while coordinating timing with the clinic.

Can this help before another IVF cycle?

We can review the whole picture and address relevant modifiable factors before or alongside treatment, in coordination with your clinic. We cannot promise a pregnancy or a particular IVF result.

How much does it cost?

The assessment is free. The Barrier Report is £49, the clinical consultation is £225, targeted investigations start from £149 depending on the tests needed, and the six-month ProFertility Plan is £1,800 or six monthly payments of £340. See Pricing for details.
